Are your commercial cleaners fully insured?

Yes. Eseleo carries full public liability insurance on every commercial job. All staff are personally vetted and background-checked before their first visit. We can provide insurance documentation upon request.

Do your cleaners need to work during business hours?

No. We offer early morning cleaning before your team arrives and weekend cleaning as standard for all commercial contracts. Most of our office clients never see our team. They simply arrive to a clean, ready workspace.

Are your products safe for a crèche or nursery?

Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, child-safe cleaning products exclusively in all educational and childcare settings. No harsh bleaches or chemical disinfectants are used on children’s play areas, activity surfaces, or food preparation areas. This is our standard approach in every crèche and nursery we clean.

Can we adjust our contract frequency or scope?

Yes. Both rolling and fixed-term contracts allow for adjustments with reasonable notice. If your business grows, downsizes, or your requirements change, we adapt with you. We do not charge penalty fees for reasonable contract adjustments.

Do you have COSHH or other industry accreditations?

We are in the process of obtaining formal accreditations including COSHH compliance documentation. In the meantime, we are happy to discuss our processes, product data sheets, and health and safety procedures in detail. Please ask when you request your site survey.

How quickly can you start a new contract?
